Team Dominates ...

Round 2 of the Mountain Hardwear Open 5 Adventure Race saw the Team enter and win three catergories. Debs and Caz stormed the ladies pairs whilst Julia and Eddie once again took the honours in the mixed. Overall winner was Dan Halliday who took his third male solo title.

Going into the next round Dan heads the Series leader board as do Julia and Eddie.

There is still much to play for...

Other News: Team Accelerate have confirmed their intention that XPD style and international multi stage racing will be taking priority over the coming 3 years. The squad for 2010 will be comfirmed shortly...

The World Adventure Racing Championship for the first time saw Team Accelerate competing and despite the outcome, earning much respect. The race itself saw 'The Prunes' bring the trophy to British shores for the first time and Team Accelerate competing for a top ten position.

With around 60km of the race remaining Alasdair required medical attention and this in AR terms is race over. That said the Team aquitted themselves with dignity and their points total, at the time, would have earned them 13th place. More Here
