Highly experienced and a natural leader, Kev's organisation and logistical planning skills quickly placed him in the driving seat of the Team's plans for the longer expedition style of racing. As Captain, Kev, has so far led every Team foray into the Adventure Racing World Series and with success.
Kev fully supports the Teams philosophy of developing less experienced Team athletes, including their introduction to XPD racing.
Kev is multi skilled across a number of disciplines, especially kayaking and biking and is always looking for new challenges; including the recent addition of a cyclocross bike to the stable.
By day he, "Drives a desk, designing process plants for the nuclear industry".

How did you get involved in Adventure Racing?
Blundered through the KIMM in 2000 and have been adding disciplines and kit ever since. Was fortunate enough to be asked to join Accelerate in 2006 and haven't looked back since.
If you had one top tip for someone thinking of giving AR 'a-go' what would it be?
